These terms apply when you buy from Breaking Bedding, run by Breaking Bedding. Contact: hello@breakingbedding.com.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe may show you an approximate price in your own currency at checkout. Your contract with us starts when your payment is accepted and you get an order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

The products

Every item is printed to order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed fabric, and product photos are illustrations. Sizes are approximate.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

See Shipping & returns. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability

We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We aren't responsible for business losses, or for losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring claims in your local courts.
