Breaking Bedding is run by Breaking Bedding, the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: hello@breakingbedding.com.

What we collect and why

• Orders. Your name, email, phone number and shipping address, to fulfil your order and contact you about it (contract). Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Mailing list. Your email address if you sign up or tick the box at checkout, to tell you about new designs (consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email us and we'll remove you.
• Site statistics. We count page views, referring websites and device type to understand our traffic (legitimate interests). We use no cookies and store no IP addresses. Visits are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments.
• Printify and their print partners, to print and ship your order (they receive your name, address, email and phone number).
• Delivery carriers, for delivery.
• Our email provider, to send the mailing list.
• Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website and its database.

Some of these companies are based in the USA. Transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or the UK-US data bridge. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years for tax and accounting. We keep mailing list details until you unsubscribe, and site statistics for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@breakingbedding.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
