Made to order

Every item is printed on demand just for you by our production partner in the USA. Printing usually takes 2–7 working days before your order ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Where we ship and how long it takes

• United States: Delivered in about 2 weeks
• UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia & Europe: Delivered in about 3–4 weeks. Import taxes may apply.

Shipping is free to the United States. Other destinations pay a flat shipping charge, shown before you pay. Orders outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email hello@breakingbedding.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

Customers in the UK and EU can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Email us to let us know, then return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days. You pay the cost of return postage. We'll refund you, including standard shipping, within 14 days of getting it back.

Because every item is printed specially for each order, we can't otherwise accept returns for change of mind. We can cancel an order free of charge if it hasn't gone into production yet, so email us as soon as possible.

Lost parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, or it shows delivered but you don't have it, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
